Human Resources Specialist


Position Summary

This HR Administrator will carry out tasks including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and some employee relations. The successful candidate will ensure all HR activities are in compliance with current laws and regulations. It is important the successful candidate is knowledgeable of new and upcoming industry regulations to improve the overall HR function. Essential Job Functions

  • Manage various aspects of recruitment process
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Oversee onboarding process
  • Track HR metrics regarding recruitment, retention, and performance
  • Consistently update system/database to maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs
  • Create documentation for HR processes to ensure compliance with AS9100
  • Coordinate background checks and screenings
  • Assist with preparing training materials
  • Handle employee relations
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Maintain good working relationship with employees and leadership
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :


  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices
  • The ability to multi-task and handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude during times of stress
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects, and processes related to K-TECH’s HR needs
  • Ability to build relationships with managers in various departments
  • Proficient with MS Office and online database systems


  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment highly desired.

Education/Certification :


  • Associate’s degree, preferably in HR Management


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR Management
  • PHR Certification

Salary: $36,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
